Is counselling for me?
Does life feel overwhelming? Are you feeling stuck? Depressed? Anxious? Lost? Perhaps you are struggling to face each day? Maybe you have feelings of not wanting to be here? Life can throw things at us that we never expected or things that are difficult to recover from. The world can at times seem a very lonely, frightening, and desperate place.
Whatever your circumstances there are times when we all need to find some emotional support to help us recover and I can help with this.
I am a warm and empathic counsellor offering a supportive, non-judgemental, and confidential space for you to focus on the difficulties you are facing. This will be done at a pace which feels right for you, giving you an opportunity to be heard from your own unique perspective. I can help you explore what is important to you, what difficulties you have faced or are facing, what changes you might want to make or what you are having trouble accepting. Working together, we will explore your unique qualities, strengths and difficulties and focus on how you can move forward in your life.
